    After placing your order:

    1. You can  e-mail if you have questions about your order.

    2. Your order will be processed manually. We'll contact you via phone and/or e-mail if we have any problem processing your order/payment.

    3.  Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 1pm except systems which may take 1-3 days and orders having other complications. You should receive an E-mail Shipping Confirmation E-mail once your package is shipped. The e-mail will tell you the tracking number(s), date of packages shipped and tracking info.

    4. We want you back! You may qualify to VIP for a special 2% discount off your next order seven days after you receive this one.
