    1.What's the step of processing an order?

    The step of processing order in
    Step 1: Order printed by our system (0-1 business day)
    Step 2: Order packaged by our storehouse (1-3 business days)
    Step 3: Package carried to Post or Express Center (1 day)
    Step 4: Order processed by post to your destination.

    *Remark Step2: normally, we have enough products in stock, but occasionally there’s possibility that some items are temporarily out of stock. It will take 1-2 business days to get the goods back in stock.

    2.Estimate the delivery time to destination

    US,Canada, AU, UK and some EU countries          6-10working days
    Malta, Ireland, Mexico and other countries                  8-12 working days

    3.My tracking number is not working, what should I do?

    Once package has left from, it will take 1-3 business days to process in our Order system. Please wait a little more time and try it again later. If you have Any questions, please leave message to us  we will give your feedback within 0-24 hours.

    4.What will affect the delivery time?

    The delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Generally, the package can arrive in destination on time. Processing time means the time DvdSeriesList handles the order internally. Delivery time is determined by the destination where the order is shipped to, which is the main element that affects delivery time. Moreover, the custom policy of destination country also influences the delivery time.

    4.How can I know my order has been shipped?

    You’ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information like Order number.Order time, tracking No. and tracking website is included. Also you can timely check your order status via “My Account”.

     NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

    5.DVD Regions

    Region 0 (or "region free") is compatible with DVD players from any region, depending on relevant hardware. Region 0 titles can be either NTSC (generally if they originate from the US) or PAL format (originating from within the EU).

    In the early days, region 0 players were created that would allow any region disc to be played in them, but studios responded by adjusting regioned discs to refuse to play if the player was determined 0 (since no player should anyway). This system is known as Regional Coding Enhancement or just RCE.

    6.Is ordering over the internet secure?

    Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
